A story arc flowed out in a 24-hour, marathon writing session. Formatting, to lend appearance of machine-readable text, required but four additional hours: I am indebted to whomever at Gordon State College posted a Word template to achieve intended typography.

Poet and painter Roberto Lovato, struggling with personal reconciliation to the Trump presidency, prompted the work. He was convinced artists could somehow counter diminished aspirations.
